The Role: We are seeking to recruit a number of new business sales executives based at our head office in Havant, Hampshire and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will join a team with prestigious clients across the South of England and Wales. Our focus is on delivering a tailored recruitment solution to meet the individual requirements of our clients, and therefore an understanding of consultative selling will be an advantage, although full training will also be provided. It is desirable that you will have experience in and show the following attributes, previous cold calling experience is essential, working to targets, individual and teams and have a confident and friendly telephone manner. You should have also have experience of using the web and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
