Job Description: This position will require planning, coordinating and reviewing of database development and updation, develop procedures and methods to accomplish group/project goals; recommend improvements and modifications in database development, maintain records and reports including process documents and work schedules; attend project meetings. * Responsible for the design, production and management of databases product. * Key responsibility is to define the process for product updation cycle and design definition for process. * Monitors database performance and tuning the database management system if necessary. * Generating new product development ideas and enhancements to existing products. * Defining, tracking and improving key database product metrics. |

| Expectations / requirements: | |
Experience/Skill Set: * B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record. * 3 to 5 years of total experience with minimum 2 years in Database management. * Strong T-SQL knowledge and experience including ability to write custom queries of medium to high complexity, in addition to basic administration skills for SQL Server 2000 and 2005. * Good organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. * Experience working with MS Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and PowerPoint * Ability to perform in a multi-tasking, team-oriented environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Should have aptitude for problem solving and zeal for innovative solutions. * Should have ability to work independently, good documentation skills would be desirable. * Should have good interpersonal skill and must be capable of handling the team and understanding the client requirements. |
