Brief Job Description: The person will be responsible to built Risk & Insurance bidding functions within the Business Unit. The candidate will be responsible for owning and managing bids especially those related to Disaster Management and Risk Modeling. The candidate is expected to execute the technical sections of bids – this includes validating the technical solution and architecture, methodology, bill of material, etc., provided by the delivery teams. Should be able to work closely with technical teams to help design and contribute to innovative solutions based on the client / proposal needs. |

| Expectations / requirements: | |
Experience/Skill Set: M. Sc / M.E in from a reputed institute with good academic records with 6 - 9 years of hands on experience of proposal writing, bid preparation and compilation in reputed large organizations / clients. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, presentation skills and inter-personal skills. The person must be a self-starter, with strong analytical and documentation skills. The candidate must be goal oriented and quality focused. Demonstrate initiative, leadership, responsiveness and creativity. Must have ability to work collaboratively with others and perform in a multi-tasking, team-oriented environment. |
