Trade Finance magazine, a Euromoney Institutional investor company, is looking for a graduate trainee writer to cover news of the global trade, supply chain, commodity and export finance markets. We are looking for someone who can source stories, has an interest in current affairs and finance and is confident both on the phone and face-to-face. Candidates must be able to learn quickly, have a sound knowledge of current affairs and geography, and be able to produce breaking news and analysis pieces to daily and weekly deadlines. |

During your six-month training programme as well as working on the magazine, you will undertake a structured training programme. The training programme provided is designed to develop your skills. Your training will include an Introduction to Financial Markets, an intensive course which provides a solid grounding in the operations of the world’s international capital market and a structured series of editorial courses including News writing, Feature Writing, Interviewing Skills and Subbing. The Company aims to offer all trainees who successfully complete the training scheme a role at the end of six months.
